How Lighthouse scores a resume
Lighthouse organizes the information in every resume, then checks it against the requirements you set. Here’s each step.
Lighthouse reads the resume
Lighthouse reads the resume and labels each part.
As soon as an application comes in, Lighthouse categorizes every piece of data inside the resume such as job title, company, start and end dates, education, and much more.
Lighthouse adds the details a resume usually leaves out.
For each job, Lighthouse works out the company’s industry, the company’s size, and whether the person was promoted.

Skills come from what the person actually did.
Lighthouse reads how someone describes their work and identifies the skills behind it. Applicants don’t need to stuff their resume with keywords to be understood.
“Launched a mobile banking app used by 2 million customers.”
You decide what matters
You choose the requirements.
Lighthouse doesn’t decide what a good candidate looks like. You do. You tell it what the job needs.
